Full-Time Self Storage Assistant Manager--Los Lunas, NM

A Day in the Life…..

  • Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering excellent customer service
  • Assess the best rate and unit size for the customer’s needs and close the deal
  • Know the ins and outs of your property
  • Be a Team Player and accept new challenges

The Qualifiers

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service/selling/retail position
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full-time, weekends required
  • Bilingual a big plus and preferred

This position starts at a base of $11-12 per hour plus performance-based Bonus potential.
